Judith Nafziger’s pottery is a simple, pure, and practical reflection of nature. Growing up in the Mennonite community of Lancaster County provided Judi with a rural strength that influenced her unique style.

After graduating from Metro State College, Judi studied with the well known potters, Jim and Nan McKinnell, at Loretto Heights College. She fine tuned her technique for three summers at the Anderson Ranch Arts Center in Snowmass, CO.

Judi was formerly a member of Castle Clay Co-op, and for several years displayed her work in their shows. Currently her work is featured in galleries throughout Colorado.

Working from her studio in Evergreen, Colorado, Judi continues to be inspired by nature and produce art that maintains the flavor and integrity of her roots.
